First Groom

New dogs & puppies

Getting grooming right from the start makes a real difference. This session is all about a positive, stress-free first experience.

  • Gentle introduction to water, brushes, and dryers
  • Bath with gentle, skin-kind products
  • Blow dry and brush
  • Light tidy if comfortable
  • Nail file or clip

Puppies must have completed their vaccination course.

Quick appointment

Overgrown nails can cause real discomfort. A safe, careful trim done calmly, even for dogs who find it tricky.

Double coats & heavy shedders

If your dog is leaving fur on everything, this is the one. A specialist bath and brush-out to remove as much loose undercoat as possible.
